Production process:


• Surface treatment: The surface of the aluminum coil is pre-treated by cleaning, degreasing, pickling, etc. to remove oil, dust and oxide scale on the surface to improve the adhesion between the coating and the substrate.

• Painting: The PVDF coating is evenly applied to the surface of the aluminum coil by roller coating, spraying, etc. The roller coating process can ensure uniform thickness of the paint film and high production efficiency, which is suitable for large-scale production.

• Baking and curing: The painted aluminum coil is sent to a high-temperature oven for baking to make the PVDF coating undergo a cross-linking reaction to form a firm coating. The baking temperature and time are adjusted according to the type and thickness of the coating. The general baking temperature is between 180℃-250℃.


Performance characteristics


• Excellent weather resistance: It can resist ultraviolet rays, extreme temperature differences (-50℃ to 150℃) and acid rain erosion, and maintain color and gloss for up to 20-30 years, far exceeding ordinary coatings. It complies with international standards such as AAMA 2605 and is often used in harsh outdoor environments.
